It isn’t a black-mail as well as the election propaganda. Actually, I, Kan Nyunt, am a childless old aged widower. I have no next seed to succeed adventist church officers.I have no grude and personal resentment to Pr Timothy Muna Paul. I have just looked his leadership and spiritual administration for the church. These reports are not only my own opinions but the majority of believers and workers of each local mission. To hear Pr Muna Paul’s disqualifications of leadership are:
No Admistrative Minded and Foulmouthed.Mr Pau Khan Lang is a full-time evangelist of Naung Cho and its area. The year-end EC Committee of 2013, the action has been voted him to transfer from Naung Cho to Shia Daung village, Kachin State. One day Mr Pau Khan Lang came to Pr Muna Paul, president of UMM, then he asked eagerly that why he was transferred to Shia Daung Village. Pr Muna Paul replied suddenly that he beat his wife brutally and openly. Then Mr Pau Khan Lang asked to Pr Muna Paul that who told and saw the scene of he was beating his wife brutally and openly. The answer hasn’t been brought yet so far. Mr Pau Khan Lang also hasn’t moved to Shia Daung Village. He is cut his salary and survives without adventist salary for he doesn’t want to shift to Shia Daung. But he degorates and occupies the mission house and its compound. The Upper Myanmar Mission of SDAs not only lost the mission house but also lost five souls of Mr Pau Khan Lang family. Pr Muna Paul left this unsolved problem. With only one word the church lost its property,dignity and unity.He loves only with him in the sameboat.Pr Muna Paul has never practised love and justy to the church and his co-workers in His vineyard. His unjust last action of interim election of UMM in May 2015, he, with the committee appointed Mrs Mathani as director of WM, FM and CM. We have no jealousy to her. She is an illiterate, uneducated, a householder, just a lay member, and just could able to speak Myanmar. As a director how can she train and promote the church members and non-adventists. There is a lot of degree holders and have sacrificedfor long service workers who are ignored. Even in government and any company, they count their workers’ education, long service and hard work. He favours flattery and those who fawn him. He loves to whom a dog with two tails to him. He may think that he is his own company master. It’s sure that Mrs Mathani got favourism from Pr Muna Paul and his wife.During 2011 – March. 2015, Pr Muna Paul and Pr Rozama’s reign in UMM, there’sceremonied ordination service twice. Both of them were taken no committee action. Even from the field no one put up the person to be ordained because there was no committee. Pr Muna Paul and Pr Rozama just put forth the name whom they favoured. They are square pegs in around the hole. They said that with the committee they did. Could they show the committee action voted Number, if they had? Pr Muna Paul never considers the church officers for UMM from the majority of the believer. In Upper Myanmar Territory, the majority of the believers are Tiddim Chin and Mizo Chin. The other tribes are very less about three hundred church members. In SSD Division, Philippinos are used to and will always be president, In Myanmar, Karens are always president. No one makes any question. In UMM, only sometimes, the presidents are from UMM field. The Last a decade the presidents are from the lower. Our question is, how is the church growth in UMM and Union? The present president is from the UMM field. But he isn’t from the majority of the above believers. No one notices his outstanding for the church. He has never conduct even a cottage meeting rather than an effort of Seventh-day Adventist Messages. He has worked in Saimun Church, his native village, Tedim Circle, Tengkaya Church, Tamu Circle, and UMAS, Kalay circle. He has never worked in beyond Kalay Cirle, like Kachin State, Upper Shan State, Sagaing and Mandalay Division. If the majority wouldn’t support the church leader, ….. ? Pr Muna Paul has arranged for this sequence. He has chosen a Union worker representative, Rem Za Thang who is the same village and clan with the present president of UMM. Pr Muna Paul didn’t replace the vacant of Union Evangelist Director,( from that post, Pr Saw Htoo Glad recently resigned), through the Union Committee, because there is no one with him in the same boat. From five sections in MyanmarUnion, there should be at least one worker available. It’s heard from the Rumour that Rem Za Thang is to be moved to this post.Pr Muna Paul has never been favoured by the mission where he has worked. The Central Myanmar Mission did not want him and he was elected as president of Upper Myanmar Mission. The old-fashioned habit has brought to UMM that he travelled around the mission where it’s necessary or not. He always depends his ears through his wife. This is his disqualification leadership in every mission where he serves. Pr Muna Paul is not a man of listening and accepting someone’s a good piece of mind. He is a man of straw. We want a man who has a general view from above.Pr Muna Paul has never made discussion and reconciliation with the conference group. But he said to stop the court case often. It’s a blind command. If now a day, we withdraw the court case, it’ll be meaningless. If we don’t want to face them with in the court case, we should and must re-unite with them. It’s not the time and place to discuss this conference problem. It should organize the Evaluation or Survey Team for Conference Problem.This is another and the latest news for Pr Muna Paul’s wrong protection of Caley Thein, the former treasurer of South East Mission, the present treasurer of Myanmar Union Mission of SDAs. The first week of September, 2015, the SS Division auditor caught CaleyThein’s the very act of committing fifty hundred thousand kyats(5,000,000 kyats), when he was treasurer in South East Mission. When he was asked the good solution forthis theft, he simply replied that he had forgot this big amount of shortage. It’s the question to everyone’s mind that how can he forget this big amount of money and how he has reported to the Union treasurer then. Actually, it’s a constant misbehaviour of any stewardship and treasurer’s attitude. When this case was urged to Pr Muna Paul how to take a drastic action, the president treated lightly his friend’s theft that Caley Theinshould have filled the un borrowed shortage, when he is convenient, confessed without reserve anything connected with his affair. The policy seemed to come to the scene his errors to his account. He was found guilty, but, he got a light sentence for it’s sure that they are in the same boat and he is in Pr Muna Paul’s good book. This reluctant, hesitated action is Pr Muna Paul’s disqualification administration. This case should be all one as the former treasurer of Doe Doe Chit, Bo Than and other workers whowere committed almost the same problem and had taken the drastic action. Otherwise, any one like to pick the treasure from the Mission for any reason. It has become the tencency and heritage of corruption for Myanmar Union Mission.
