Looking through the presentation of Suak Kho Ngin, you would notice that he mixed up the meanings of doctrines and policies to blame MAC. MAC, as a united body of Churches, has no other doctrines than those of Seventh-day Adventist Church. As an organization, MAC takes Conference model constitution from SSD Constitutions, By-laws and Working policies. How can MAC commit doctrinal error!
Suak Kho Ngin, more over, confuses the term "Seventh-day Adventist Church" and her "organization" The local churches are Seventh-day Adventist Churches and Conference/Mission/Field are her organizations. That is the very fact that organizations are being called Myanmar Adventist Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (Seventh-day Adventists' Myanmar Adventist Conference) or Upper Myanmar Mission of Seventh-day Adventists (Seventh-day Adventists' Upper Myanmar Mission). That is why we never have a word of General Conference Church, Division Church or Union Conference/ Mission Church. However, the Global representatives of our church specifically develop the term "Conference/Mission/Field church" which is "a body organized for the benefit of scattered believers or isolated members who hardly have church privileges from different locality apart from local church." (Church Manual, 2000ed.p.39).

MBCF is not a church but a fellowship or association in which even ZBCM is a member (M 73) of it and MAC is also a member (No. M 152). It has no authority to recognize a denomination neither has the power to control its members of different denominations or institutes but it has the legal right of Regd.No.1617 from the ministry of Myanmar Government to accept organizations from established churches, denominations or institutes that operate on the base of on self-support, self-governance, and self- propaganda. MAC has never sent a single tithe sharing and percentage of offering except membership fee to MBCF that has never sent in turn its representative to MAC meetings.
Suak Kho Ngin is unclear for what he means, "To whom no one has been delegated or entrusted while they (sic) also received their (sic) registration member from the government". More over he makes an invalid and false conclusion that MBCF's recognition, as its member, is to blame for entering an alliance with Sunday keepers and indirectly "stretching your hands to grasp the hand of pope" (The Great Controversy p.588). I am very sorry since there is no such quotation on the page he gives.
Does Myanmar Union Mission's registration "Seventh-day Adventist (4/5858/2007)" to the Buddhist believing group mean that it takes an alliance with non-Christian? No, not at all. Do you mean we take an alliance with Sunday keeper, Davis Park's company, Guam while Myanmar Union Mission takes membership for its employees' saving money to the company? Does Dr. Samuel Bacchiochee enter an alliance with Pope as he received his doctorate degree from the Roman's Pontifical Gregorian University? No, sorry, never. MAC has been truly organized in harmony with the decree No.6/88 4(B) of Myanmar State Government with the principle of Church Manual p.26.
Suak Kho Ngin misinterprets and misapplies MAC to Adventist Prophetic message
His pseudo-quotation "stretching your hands to grasp the hand of Pope" is out of context. The title of the chapter of the Great Controversy p.588 is "the impending conflict" in which the role of spiritualism and papacy is predicted. Let me quote: "Through the two great errors, the immortality of the soul and Sunday sacredness, Satan will bring the people under his deceptions. While the former lays the foundation of spiritualism, the latter creates a bond of sympathy with Rome.The Protestants of the United States will be foremost in stretching their hands across the gulf to grasp the hand of spiritualism; they will reach over the abyss to clasp hands with the Roman power". Do you (brothers and sisters) understand how Suak Kho Ngin deceives you? Or else, I am sorry; he does not understand what Mrs. White meant. The Church confronts much trouble and problem when there is such kind of callow, untimely unction pastor holding one of the key pillars of the organization of our church. Suak Kho Ngin commits a mistake of eisgesis - adding something to the text. The excerpt tells the Protestants of the USA, not MAC, in prophecy.
Another doctrinal error committed
Again, he quotes an excerpt from p.567 of the same book to impart you with satanic delusion, to threaten you by his straw-mission law from "Liberty of Conscience Threatened" on page 563. In fact, this chapter talks about the Roman supremacy in the history and foretells the impending Sunday law. Regarding the work of Sunday exaltation, Mrs. White concludes the chapter as, "Rome is aiming the re-establish her power to recover her lost supremacy…. That religious observances may be enforced by secular law, in short, that the authority of the church and state is to dominate the conscience, and the triumph of Rome in this country is assured".
Let me explain the passage which Suak Kho Ngin quotes (p.567): Mrs. White's statement precedes a message to the reader "the church's claim to the right to pardon… tends also to give license to evil" and then she exhorts all not to believe and accept Roman Father's offer of pardon. She mentions clearly a person "he who kneels before fallen man" but she has no reference to any organization like MAC/MUC. By accepting that claim, she goes on saying, "his thought of God is degraded to the likeness of fallen humanity, for the priest stands as a representative of God". Can you see how Suak Kho Ngin misapplied MAC organization in the given text in the place of fallen man? He is blind to see the different levels of SDA organizational structure as if the mother of MAC organization were MBCF/WCC. It is good to know that MBCF has no tint of role, part or power in SDA conference organization and its administration.
What will he say, then, when Dr. Bert B. Beach, mo, General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (USA) is our church's representative among "delegated representatives of WCC associate councils and of other organizations" of WCC meetings? Diane Kessles, ed., Together on the Way – official Report of the Eight Assembly of the World council of churches, (Geneva: WCC publications, 1999) p.312. Can you say GC, too, has become a member of WCC?
Illegal disbandment
Suak Kho Ngin should aware that ZBCM has, after ten years of excommunication from MBC, obtained legitimate accessibility to World Baptist Alliance(WBA) though it, at present, is a regular member of MBCF, which encodes laws and policies, in which, "Bible is the most authoritative one," "Christ, the head of the fellowship etc." He, therefore, admits tacitly the false criterion of UMM's disbandment in January 2006,which is different from the Church Manual'scriterion--apostasy, breaching from faith or rebellion (Church Manual, 2000ed,p.203) and from Minister's Handbook's criterion--theological disagreement with the world church (Minister's Handbook, 1997,p.110). Yes, on the contrary MAC took an action against it for their "refusal to operate in harmony with Church Manual"Church Manual, p.203 in implementing "representative" Church government in the constituency meetings of 2001, 2003 and 2006.
2.Answers to Suak Kho Ngin's accusation of No.2: Doctrines/Policy on tithes
A. He intentionally omits two organizational names viz., conference, field.
(1). "The tithe is the Lord's, and is to be brought, as an act of worship, to the Conference/ Mission/Field treasury through the church in which the person's membership is held". Church Manual, 2000ed. P.154.
(2). "The tithe is not used or disbursed by the local church but is remitted to the Conference/mission /Field treasurer. Thus, the tithe from all churches flows into the local conference/mission/field treasury, which in turn, remits the tenth of its total tithe income to the union. The Union in turn forwards to the GC or its divisions one tenth of its total tithe income." Ibid.153
How can Suak Kho Ngin revise our SDA Church Manual? How can he think himself above GC body or even the church to cancel the names of Conferences/Field of the global SDA? How can he act as if he were the Pope of Seventh-day Adventists though he is not official spokesperson of MYUM? You can decide his fanatical, extreme spirit, bias opinion. Nothing is committed wrong when members who belong to conference pay to conference treasury and those who belong to mission pay to mission treasury. The only thing that MAC cannot remit its share of tithe to the General Conference is due to the hindrance of Muller, Memory monitored MYUM only. Yet the position of MAC is like the condition of the first conference of Michigan in 1861.
(3). SSD working policy, v-a10 05(2): "the Conference/mission receives from churches and individuals within its territory. 100 % of the tithe receipts".
How dare Suak Kho Ngin to say, "Italic (sic) supplied" by adding, "Recognized" before Conference/mission? Do you, as an Adventist, think he has an authority to add to or subtract any word from the Working Policy? It is his rebellion against the church at Nos. (1) & (2) and GC its highest organization of the church.
(4). SSD Working Policy, v12 05(4) "Only conference/mission organizations are authorized to make allocation from the tithe funds".
Again, he adds to the text "recognized" before Conference/mission to deceive you. The question is who recognized it then? The answer may be GC or God Himself or state government or members who constitute the church. Can any person add "any" to the fourth commandment to change the original meaning? Remember "any" Sabbath to keep it holy will make different in meaning and thought.
B. Remitting tithe to respective churches that hold names of membership

MAC is a conference, cited above A. (1) to which members bring their tithes (SDA Church Manual, 2000ed.p.154) through the churches. No person is above the Church Manual to support self-appointed church government of MYUM.
3.Accepting Church Manual and Constitution, By-laws and Working Policies of SSD/GC
· (a) CPC has rather fulfilled the Manual's instruction instead of paying their tithes to Tin Tun-Muller's self-appointed church government of different missions in Myanmar.
· (b) "Are (sic) you really followed SSD constitutional by-laws and working policies?" Suak Kho Ngin quotes from SSD B10-05 (no.2) which is entitled "B10 organizing Mission/Fields into conferences".
What Suak Kho Ngin lacks to understand are (1) their positions are not "duly appointed leadership and committees" (2) self-appointed church government of Tin Tun-Muller policy (3) the excerpt he quotes has a binding force for members of Mission/field only.
· (c). Working policy B-a 10-10 (N0.1) says about application which was practically applied in 1987, 1992 before Suak Kho Ngin was known in the church. Moreover, Kai Khan Khual promised to do all the necessary fillings in Pinlong Adventist church in 2003. The failure of Mission is not the failure of conference. Suak Kho Ngin failed to see a conference organization that has legitimate rights to collect tithes and offering, hire employees for its organization.
4. Regarding CPC/UMM/MAC :
Suak Kho Ngin depends on his argument on "the end justifies the means" in tithe paying where as he failed to see the "the means that justifies the end" in the representative election of constituency meeting.
· Suak Kho Ngin failed to see the error of MYUM in all its sessions of constituency elections as Muller Kyaw confessed his self-made policy through circular letters on October 31, 2005 and Muller Kyaw put aside SSD constitutions, Bylaws and Working Policies. In other words, he refused "representatives" church government by appointing Nominating committee members from the expired mission's executive committee to achieve their personal benefit. MAC is holding firm to the SSD working policy in all its sessions. Dr.Ng commented us in Pyinoolwin when he came in April before Pastor Gulfan came that stones would cry out if you leaders were in silence.
· It is not a digression from beliefs and Adventist organization since conference is the oldest kind of church government. In connection with "self-appointed organization", the Manual refused any organization that is "not in harmony with the fundamental religious objectives and teachings of the Seventh-day Adventist Church". It is clear that MAC is not self-appointed organization since it is in harmony with the fundamental religious objectives, and teachings of the said church though it has no official connection with GC yet.
· Suak Kho Ngin is much welcome to keep all the letters in file we have Mission's letters for multi purposes.
·
· 6. Regarding disbandment:
· Suak Kho Ngin stipulated his own reasons with half-truth statements, as though the stipulations were of MAC, to refuse the resolution of disbandment. Remember the following arguments:
· (1). Mission delegates and additional delegates are not representatives ones who are from "self-appointed committees" and their own men.
· (2). All the local churches "representatives" are not invited to discuss the problem according Church Manual".
· (3). All MYUM executives have been unduly elected members of Tin Tun-Muller Kyaw's cell.
· You will see that MAC has not committed any doctrinal error or a deviation from SSD Bylaws, and Policies.
·
· Let me list Suak Kho Ngin's doctrinal errors first and organizational errors then:
· (1). He circulated "the Shaking of Adventism" which is to mean Adventism shaken. It is his apostasy.
· (2) He misapplied MAC in the place of "the Protestants of United States" in Mrs. White's prophetic message.
· (3) He identified MAC as a man who confessed his sins before the Roman clergy as, "he who kneels before fallen man…"
· (4) The tithe belongs to the Lord but not exclusively to "the Mission" alone which is one of SDA's organizations.
· (5) MAC has been a part of MBCF in the structure of organization. MAC's mother organization is to be MBCF.
· (6) MBCF recognition to MAC as a member grants an alliance to WCC.
· (7) He omits of "conference/field" in SDA Church Manual quotations and he inserts "recognized" before conference/mission in SSD constitution, By-laws, and Working Policies.
· (8) He ignores for self-appointed organization of Tin Tun-Muller's committee in which he is a barking pet of Muller.
· (9) MYUM is the only door to enter into the fold of Seventh-day Adventist Church.
· (10) MYUM/Suak Kho Ngin committed illegal disfellowshipping members and illegal disbanding local churches.
Dear brothers and sisters around the world: I feel that it has no much value to answer Suak Kho Ngin's gibberish talks and yet, for the sake of some who want to understand the historic occurrences, I am sending copies to you for your better understanding. You may hear talks and there yet the truth will ultimately come. Let us give time for the right answer to come.
Kindly imagine for the development of our church—how can the church grow when pastors scatter their sheep instead of calling and gathering; starve and illtreat them instead of nourishing; disfellowship and cast them instead of loving; accusing them before civil office and courts instead of working together; spread rumors and false news instead of proclaiming Adventist message to you all.
Let us all participate in our common striving for religious objective through prayer and means to achieve our goal sooner than the time we expect. May God bless every one of you. Amen.
